What area are you in? While mostly I’ve spoken to state troopers, I haven’t run across unfriendly officers. Certainly local law enforcement is informed of local permit holders. I’m curious if there have been any licensed hemp growers in your local are up to now.

Hi Matthew,

We just met with the Senate Ag Committee yesterday and discussed that banking is still difficult. They are joining us in our efforts to get treasury to issue banking guidance. That may not happen until USDA releases the federal program this fall. In the meantime you may want to try BB&T Bank as I believe other permit holders use them. Other than that it is unfortunately hit or miss with how friendly individual banks are.

We have been working toward USDA certification and I believe the Dept of Ag is working toward PCO certification but I don’t believe up to now that anyone has obtain certification.
